Setting up a CDR API is a big deal. It's a large undertaking with a lot of moving parts, so executing it well requires planning and collaboration. We want you to understand every step of our process, so that you know what to expect from working with us.

Discovery
The purpose of CDR is to standardise how your data is shared. The complexity is in how your data is stored. We begin by consulting with you to understand your existing databases and systems, and how data flows to and from them. We need a sneak peek behind the curtain to begin designing our solution and creating a project timeline.

Plan + Agreement
Based on our discovery, we'll propose a technical implementation. This will outline the work we'll do, as well as any configuration changes required on your end (which we can assist you with). We'll create a development timeline and present a formal agreement.

Development + Deployment

Compliance + Security
The final stage of development is proving the quality of our solution. Fundamentally, we must ensure our solution is CDR compliant by achieving the consent, IT, privacy and security requirements and passing the performance test suite. We can also assist with arranging a third-party security audit.

Maintainence + Monitoring
We'll monitor our system and respond if any integrations cause regressions. The CDR framework will also continue to evolve as more businesses participate and industries grow. We'll maintain and upgrade your system whenever there are changes to the CDR specifications or your internal systems. Basically, we'll keep this thing humming so you can focus on what you do best.
